Return Policy

  • Any queries/concerns related to deliveries should be addressed to the support team (support@vedicnaturals.co) within 48 hrs. of the product received by the customer.
  • Any order which has not been shipped can be canceled and refunded.
  • Products can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery in case of wrong products, missing products, or Expired product delivered
  • We offer a 15 days Return Guarantee of all products shipped provided they are unused, packed, and sealed in the same condition as received.
  • Vedic Naturals will not charge for replacements if wrong products (incomplete sets/ incorrect style/wrong/damaged products/expired ) are received by the customer.
  • It is mandatory to send the photos of the invoice & product to further the process in case a customer receives damaged products.
  • Once you request to return a product, a pick-up is organized for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been received. This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, a refund is initiated.

Re-fund Policy

  • Prepaid orders are not eligible for refunds if returned (as cosmetic products are not re-usable due to hygiene factors), they will only be re-shipped after sending a query on support@vedicnaturals.co.
  • Payment refunds will be applicable only on prepaid orders in case incorrect products are delivered.
  • In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card or where the payment was made within 7 business working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund.

Shipping & Handling –

Orders are shipped via BlueDart, FedEx, ECom, Delhivery, XpressBees Courier Service and delivered within 2-7 days depending on location. If you do not receive your order within the above specified time, you are requested to please track it on the courier website. Make sure that you have not missed the delivery.
